Card Shipping Guide
Instructions:
Please include your full name and email as a part of your submission, this can be written on the box itself, printed on a piece of paper, post it note, etc. Without this information we may have no way of matching your card submission to your payout.
Ensure that the cards are packed securely in a thick cardboard box, deck box, bundle box or any other solid container that will withstand bumps during shipping. Avoid using tape, paper clips, rubber bands or anything that may damage the cards on their journey to us.
Please send your cards to our nominated shipment address (provided to you in your offer email) within 3 days of accepting a written offer. Tall Mike Games reserves the right to re-assess the offered price if cards are shipped late.
Cards must be sent via AusPost with tracking to our PO Box, any alternate courier’s package may be rejected and returned to sender at your cost.
Insurance on your package is optional, but Tall Mike Games accepts no responsibility for items that arrive damaged or are lost in transit.
Once shipped, please email us the tracking number so we can keep an eye on the parcel as it makes it’s way to us.
For protection against weather, wrapping the box of cards in cling wrap or sending the item in a plastic satchel will give more certainty that the cards will to arrive to us as expected.
Information and examples:
Packaging material such as bubble wrap, foam, packing peanuts, tissue paper or newspaper are all great materials that can ensure your cards do not move about during shipment.
For bulk submissions, please ensure all cards are removed from any protective sleeves, binders, folders, folios etc as this will slow down the review stage and may delay your payout.
If your bulk submission contains different types of bulk (i.e common/uncommon and rares) which receive different payout amounts, please ensure to separate the card types for easy review at our end.
For singles submissions, it’s appropriate for higher end cards to be sent in sleeves, top loaders, card savers, team bags, etc. Please use your better judgement to ensure these cards arrive to us as expected.
PLEASE NOTE: We buy only English cards in Lightly Played or Better (Near Mint / Mint) condition. Any cards received that do not meet our expectations will receive nil payment, they will either be discarded or returned to the customer at the customers cost.
